Service Description
-- Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance of the delivery date. -- $100 deposit solidifies your reservation. -- Once booked, within 24 hours, you will be sent a email filled with detailed information regarding your event. Phone calls or text messages are moreso used for clarification purposes. -- Remaining Balance is due seven (7) days prior to event date.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If the CLIENT chooses to CANCEL service beyond the payment due date – for any reason: (COVID, inclement weather, personal reasons, etc.) 1. All paid deposits are non-refundable. 2. No Refunds (deposits or other payments) will be issued, after the final payment due date [DUE DATE] at 11:59pm Eastern, regardless of the circumstances. 3. If CLIENT would like to reschedule: a. The future event date must be scheduled within sixty (60) days from the cancellation date. b. Only the paid deposit amount will be transferred to the future event date. As ingredients procured for the original event date will not be sustainable for the future TBD event date. c. Event costs related to your event will need to be recalculated and paid for. d. No priority will be given to claiming a date that has already been reserved by a different client. Should My Ninja (Chef Bryan Daniels) CANCEL, the CLIENT will have the option to: 1. Apply the deposit and any additional payments made to a future event held within 90 days of the original event date; OR 2. Request a full refund of the total food costs only (deposits are non-refundable). Refunds will be sent, via the original method of payment it was received, within 10 business days of client’s refund request.
