1. Adult-only private events

Age Restriction: guests must be 21 years of age or older.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all attendees meet the age requirement and understand the nature of the experience before attending.


2. Zero-contact policy

Guests may not touch the model at any time.

This includes intentional physical contact, attempting to feed the model, placing objects on the model, moving presentation pieces, requesting poses involving physical contact, or removing food directly with their hands.

Food should be removed using the utensils supplied by My Ninja.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of the presentation without refund.


3. Respectful conduct

Nyotaimori models are professional members of the My Ninja event team and must be treated accordingly.

Sexual comments directed toward the model, harassment, unwanted propositions, intimidation, discriminatory remarks, aggressive behavior, attempts to obtain personal contact information, or requests outside the contracted presentation are prohibited.

The model has the absolute right to leave the presentation immediately if they feel unsafe.

4. Alcohol and intoxicated guests

Alcohol consumption does not excuse violations of the conduct policy.

My Ninja (Chef Bryan Daniels) reserves the right to prevent an obviously intoxicated or disruptive guest from approaching the presentation area.

If the client cannot control that guest, My Ninja has the contractual right to suspend or terminate the Nyotaimori portion of the event without refund.

Warning → Guest removed from presentation area → Presentation terminated if necessary.

Model Privacy & Preparation Requirements

5. Private changing area — REQUIRED

The client/venue must provide the model with a clean, secure, completely private changing area that is inaccessible to event guests.

Acceptable examples could include a private bedroom, hotel room, bridal suite, dressing room or secured private bathroom/dressing suite.

The changing area should have:
A functioning locking door
Adequate lighting
Electrical outlet
Mirror
Chair or bench
Clean surface/table for belongings
Reasonable temperature control
Access to a restroom
No surveillance cameras


NON-QUALIFYING OPTIONS:

Public restroom stall, vehicle, storage closet, open office, kitchen or guest-accessible room.
Only the model and authorized My Ninja personnel should be permitted inside.

6. Shower Access — REQUIRED

The model should have the opportunity to shower immediately before preparation and again afterward if desired.

Required:
Hot & cold running water + private shower + clean bathroom + soap + clean towels.
The model is responsible for personal hygiene;
My Ninja's sanitation procedures and food-safe barriers—not showering—are what protect the food.


7. No client supervision of preparation

The client and guests are not permitted to observe the model changing, showering or preparing for the presentation.


Food Safety Policies

8. No direct food-to-skin contact

Sushi, sashimi, garnishes, sauces and other food will not make direct contact the model's skin.


9. My Ninja controls placement and removal

Only designated My Ninja staff will:
Place food → replenish food → reposition serving surfaces → remove remaining food.
Guests should never place anything onto the model.

10. Small-batch replenishment

My Ninja (Chef Bryan Daniels, assistances, or appointed attendant will continuously replenish small quantities from properly temperature-controlled backup product.

11. Dedicated attendant required

Every Nyotaimori event will include at least one dedicated My Ninja attendant in addition to the model.

The attendant is responsible for:
Guest conduct • food replenishment • sanitation • utensil management • model communication • presentation timing • crowd management

For larger events, additional attendant is required.


Photography & Social Media

12. Photography must be controlled

Two booking options:
     A. Photography Permitted — Guests may photograph the presentation from designated areas, subject to model consent.

     B. Private Experience — No guest photography/video of the model.

But even when photography is permitted:
No close-up intimate photography, hidden photography, live streaming, touching/posing with the model, entering the presentation area, or commercial use of images without written permission.

Most importantly, the model's consent will override the client's preference.

13. My Ninja marketing requires separate consent

I consent / I do not consent to My Ninja using identifiable photographs or video from this event for advertising, website and social media purposes.

A model should be able to work an event without agreeing to become marketing content.

Model Comfort & Welfare

14. Model determines positioning

My Ninja (Chef Bryan Daniels)/model determines the safe and appropriate presentation position.
Clients will not be allowed to request increasingly revealing positions, poses or arrangements upon arrival.
Presentation style: face-up and flat down

15. Breaks

For longer presentations:
60-minute presentation: break optional/as needed.
75–90-minute presentation: at least one 15-minute private break.

Longer presentations will be broken into separate sessions rather than having the model remain stationary continuously.

16. Temperature

The presentation area must maintain a reasonable indoor temperature.

No model should be expected to perform in excessively cold, hot, outdoor or otherwise uncomfortable conditions simply because that's where the client wants the display.

Outdoor Nyotaimori requires advance approval.

Required: photographs of the proposed presentation area, staging area and changing/bathroom facilities 48–72 hours before first-time venues.


Cancellation Due to Unsuitable Conditions

If My Ninja (Chef Bryan Daniels) arrives and the venue doesn't provide the facilities agreed upon—particularly the private changing space, shower, sanitation facilities, food staging area or safe presentation environment— My Ninja (Chef Bryan Daniels) has the right to delay or cancel Nyotaimori service.

Failure to provide the required facilities may result in modification, delay, or cancellation of the Nyotaimori presentation. Payments associated with the Nyotaimori service are non-refundable when service cannot be performed because the client or venue failed to meet previously disclosed requirements.

Food will still be provided as a conventional Sushi Station where feasible.


Safety / Emergency Stop Policy

My Ninja Stop-Service Policy:

The model, Chef Daniels, or designated My Ninja event lead may immediately pause or terminate the Nyotaimori presentation if there is:

Harassment; unwanted touching; threatening behavior; excessive intoxication; unauthorized photography after warning; unsafe venue conditions; food-safety concerns; medical concerns; or any circumstance reasonably believed to threaten the model, staff or guests.

The model does not need the client's permission to end the presentation.


Client acknowledgement:

I understand that the Nyotaimori model is a professional member of the My Ninja event team. Guests may not touch, harass, photograph contrary to the photography policy, or make inappropriate requests of the model. I understand that violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of the presentation without refund.
